So, baby is here. No matter how prepared you thought you were real life and sleepless nights happen. We are here to help you every step of the way.

We can help to overcome difficulties with breastfeeding, sleepless nights, postnatal depression, post birth physical trauma, exhaustion, a fractious or crying baby and the general feeling of overload.  

Even new mums with supportive partners may need help.  We understand motherhood can be hard but you are not alone.  We have a wealth of experience and knowledge to help you be the parent you want to be.

We offer a range of classes, services and support to new mums.  You are still a new mum well after the first year of your baby’s birth, and you don’t need to feel isolated or alone.  Still suffering aches and pains after the birth, think you might be suffering from postnatal depression, or just want to meet other new parents? 

From fitness classes and services, to meeting other new mums we offer a wealth of services to facilitate you and your baby making the most of this important time.
