Osteopathy is a type of complementary and alternative medicine which primarily consists of moving, stretching and massaging a person’s muscles and joints.

Osteopathy can help with the following:

  • Physical recovery after giving birth

  • Infant feeding support

  • Crying/fractious baby

    In 2010 I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy, which included an undergraduate course in Cranial Osteopathy. Since qualifying I have worked in Warwickshire, London, and West Sussex, where I was mentored by a 3rd generation osteopath.
