About us

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of supporting thousands of parents through pregnancy, birth and the early years - helping families to feel confident and connected during one of life’s biggest transitions. The impact has been truly phenomenal. We’ve seen first hand how the right support can transform experiences of pregnancy and parenthood - reducing anxiety, strengthening bonds and improving wellbeing for both parents and babies. As both of us have experienced multiple births of various types, we bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to support and help you navigate through your own pregnancy and postpartum journey.

Starting in pregnancy, our antenatal courses focus on all births - not just one specific type. We make sure we incorporate all new resrach, guidelines and hospital policy, and how they may impact you. We empower you to take control and understand your rights and choices.

We offer in person group courses as well as tailored 1:1 support, which does not stop just because you have finished your sessions.

We continue to support you through birth and into postpartum, where you can join us for baby massage and bonding sessions. Or get extra support through a birth debrief or birth trauma therapy. We work with you to figure out what support is most needed.
