Reflexology is an ancient form of massage that works on points or areas on the body, reflexes, which can aid relaxation, improve mood, release tension, enhance sleep and generally improve health and wellbeing.

I qualified as a Reflexologist in 1999, just as I found out I was pregnant, after a road to parenthood that wasn’t straightforward. I therefore have a special interest in this area and the support Reflexology can offer throughout the journey at all its’ stages and offer support to either or both partners.
