Alison Watkiss - ITEC, IIHHT, MCThA, MBRA

I have been a qualified holistic therapist since 1995. After finding reflexology and aromatherapy so beneficial during both my pregnancies, I decided to specialise in this area. I have completed a year long post graduate maternity reflexology course and an Aromatherapy in Pregnancy course.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a natural therapy which uses specific points on the feet to balance the body, mind and spirit. Quite simply everything that happens in the body has a reflection in the feet and everything that happens in the feet is relayed to the body. Maternity Reflexology is a wonderfully relaxing natural therapy which can really help with treating many minor disorders of pregnancy including: nausea, headaches, backache, fluid retention, stress and anxiety. Reflexology continues to establish its reputation and popularity by the effective results people experience. Research shows that regular reflexology aids pregnancy, birthing and relaxation.

As well as being based at The Hilton Hotel, I also work from The Earlsdon Acupuncture Rooms, 147-149 Albany Rd, Earlsdon, Coventry, CV5 6ND.
