So you have decided that you would like a Doula? Or maybe you are just thinking about it?From the moment you find out you are pregnant you will have been bombarded with advice from organisations and people about what you should be doing and from being handed your free sample pack at your 10 week appointment with the midwife, you have been given the hard sell on everything you 'need' for your birth and your new baby. Sound familiar?We decided to start Warwickshire Doulas to guide and support you. We want to help you decide if a Doula is right for you and your birth and to make it easier for you to find the right Doula. We strongly recommend that you interview a number of Doulas before making your selection. There will be absolutely no pressure from us or our Doulas to book one of our ladies.Warwickshire Doulas has been set up to provide a standard for Doula care in Warwickshire. We have all worked in this field for many years and we have used our experience of the people we have met to create our team. Each of our Doulas are ladies we have worked with previously and personally know. We trust and respect each other and we hope that this can give you confidence in each of us and our abilities.We hope that our website will give you some guidance on what you should be looking for.
