Breathing & Relaxation Classes
 

Congratulations on your pregnancy! 

 

Come and join us for some well deserved relaxation during your pregnancy! 

 

These classes were designed for you to come along and unwind with us!

 

Anna Leeksma is the owner of The Cotton Nappy Company and a Midwife, Janay is a hypnobirthing practitioner and hynotherapist specialising in pregnancy and birth. 

 

 

Our hour together focuses on breathing techniques to get you relaxed, breathing through contractions and birth breathing.  You will also gain useful information about labour, birth and breastfeeding, aswell as experience some deep relaxation time!

 

The classes are held every Friday from 6-7pm at The Cloisters in Leamington - there is free parking - £5.00!!
