Mums Only - Positive thinking for Birth

As your pregnancy progresses everything focuses on the birth, but what comes next? Prepare yourself to manage the impact of a newborn baby on both you and your life.

The Parents to Be set of workshops does not give you a set of instructions. These workshops give you the opportunity towork through how you are going to manage these situations, and gives you a set of techniques which can be used to enable you to remain feeling in control mentally.

The workshops are for a maximum of 6 people and last 1 1/2 hours. If the content of a workshop is attractive to you but you would rather work alone or as a couple this can also be arranged.

I hold a Certificate in Life Coaching Skills and Practice and am a qualified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. As a Mother of two young children I am dedicated to using these skills to help support expectant parents.
