I have been practising acupuncture since 2004 and my personal experience has given me a special interest in fertility, pregnancy and care for women through the transition of childbirth.I have undertaken postgraduate training in both fertility and obstetrics and treat women from pre-conception to post-delivery.
Acupuncture has proved effective for enhancing fertility and the chances of success for women undergoing assisted conception. It is also helpful for women experiencing ailments such as back pain and morning sickness during pregnancy.In preparation for birth, special treatments are available to encourage the baby to adopt the best possible position for birth – breech presentations have been successfully turned with acupuncture.I also offer routine pre-birth treatments to my patients to facilitate an easy delivery.
Initially I will schedule an appointment for an hour and a half.This will allow time for an initial diagnosis and treatment.I allow an hour for subsequent treatments.
My current fees are £45 for an initial consultation and treatment and £35 for subsequent treatments.
